1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the rules, scope, and conditions of promotional discounts for customers of the e-commerce store KwiaciarniaOnline.com (kwiaciarniaonline.com) handling orders in international markets.
1.2. These Terms apply to all promotional discounts organized by the store operator ("Operator") in markets where the currencies of payment are PLN, PLN, GBP, CZK, SEK and AED.
1.3. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms, with any changes communicated in accordance with the Operator's communication policy.

Ambassador — an individual with whom the Operator has established a marketing partnership, representing the store brand and promoting its products.
Campaign — a promotional action organized by the Operator.
Thresholds — minimum order values specified by the Operator that allow customers to receive a percentage or fixed discount on products covered by the promotion.
Customer — a user, as an individual, placing an order for services or purchasing a product in the Store.
2.1. The Operator offers customers the ability to use discount codes assigned to brand ambassadors ("Ambassadors").
2.2. Ambassador discount codes can be used multiple times by customers, and the discount value is fixed across all markets, regardless of the currency.
2.3. The discount value is determined by mutual agreement between the Operator and the Ambassador and remains in effect until changed.
2.4. Ambassador codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, unless specified otherwise in the particular Marketing Campaign ("Campaign").
3.1. The Operator organizes promotional campaigns offering percentage discounts on regular or already discounted product prices, according to the marketing policy.
3.2. The percentage discount for each campaign is determined individually by the Operator and may vary depending on the specifics of the campaign.
3.3. The Operator reserves the right to set the hours during which promotions are valid. After the promotion period ends, products return to their original prices.
3.4. Percentage discounts in promotional campaigns may be applied to discounted products unless stated otherwise in the particular Campaign.
3.5. Percentage discounts do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards or other products excluded from the promotion, as communicated by the Operator in the Campaign.
4.1. The Operator reserves the right to organize discount promotions with a threshold ("Thresholds"), offering discounts based on the minimum order amount.
4.2. Threshold discounts may vary depending on the currency (PLN, PLN, GBP, CZK, SEK) due to dynamic exchange rate changes.
4.3. Threshold values for each currency will be communicated on the store's website and apply at the time of purchase.
4.4. Threshold-based discounts do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards or products excluded from the promotion as communicated by the Operator in the Campaign.
4.5. The minimum discounted order values in currencies other than PLN have been rounded up to the nearest convenient number to ensure the discount is guaranteed to every customer who reaches the communicated threshold.
5.1. The Operator may issue promotional coupon codes providing fixed-amount (zł ) or percentage (%) discounts on the order total.
5.2. Each coupon code has specific conditions defined by the Operator, which may include: minimum order amount, maximum number of uses, expiration date, and applicable product categories.
5.3. Coupon codes are single-use per order unless specified otherwise. Multiple coupon codes cannot be combined in a single order unless expressly stated in the Campaign.
5.4. Coupon codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for monetary equivalent.
5.5. The Operator reserves the right to deactivate coupon codes at any time without prior notice, in particular in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent use.
6.1. The Operator offers free shipping on orders exceeding PLN 110.00 (or equivalent in local currency).
6.2. The Operator may organize time-limited campaigns offering free shipping at lower thresholds or on all orders, as communicated on the Website.
6.3. Free shipping promotions apply to standard delivery methods only. Express or premium delivery options may still incur additional charges.
These Terms set forth the detailed terms and rules for the granting and realization of free gifts with orders, implemented within a time-limited promotional campaign, valid until the designated pool of stocks for this purpose is exhausted.
Qualification of an order for receiving a free gift is dependent on the number of physical products purchased within a single transaction.
Exclusions from Calculation: The order entitling the customer to a free gift must include a physical product. Orders consisting exclusively of virtual products (e-books and vouchers) are not covered by the promotion.

Product Selection: If the order qualifies for a free gift, the Customer may choose from the available pool of gifts in the shopping cart interface.
Selection Options (for 4+ products): When choosing two free gifts, the Customer may decide to choose:
Stock Exhaustion: The possibility to choose a specific flavour or gift is valid until its stock is exhausted. The Operator shall not be liable for any unavailability of the selected variant at the moment of order finalization. Should the Customer choose a currently unavailable variant, the Operator shall dispatch a free product in a different variant or an alternative gift item.
Free Gifts and Return of Goods: Should the Customer exercise the right to withdraw from the contract (return of goods), resulting in the return of items that entitled them to receive a free gift, the Customer is obliged to return the received free gift together with the goods subject to return.
Nature of Free Gifts: The granted free gifts are promotional in nature. They are not subject to exchange for a monetary equivalent, nor for other products from the offer.
Reservation of Changes: The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms and to terminate promotional campaigns prematurely in the event of objective premises, in particular the exhaustion of the pool of free gifts.
8.1. All complaints and returns of products purchased with a discount will be handled according to the store's standard return and complaint policies as defined in the Terms & Conditions.
8.2. In the case of a complaint accepted by the Operator, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the product, after deducting the applied discount.
8.3. Promotional discounts cannot be retroactively applied to previously placed orders.
9.1. Any doubts regarding the interpretation of these Terms will be resolved by the Operator.
9.2. These Terms are available on the e-commerce store's website at kwiaciarniaonline.com and take effect upon publication.
9.3. By participating in any promotion, the customer accepts these Terms.
9.4. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the store's general Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
